The GOU 6 is a six-channel single-ended device, developed as a special interface for the single-ended isolation of meter outputs. Its use must be approved by the territorial distributor. The GOU 6 is controlled by a microprocessor, which allows its adaptation to the requirements of many types of meters by means of eight DIP switches (located under the output terminal cover).
Wiring GOU6
- Power is connected to terminals 1 and 2.
- Meter outputs to terminals 5 - 12
- Terminals 5 and 12 are common, internally connected negative poles
- terminals 6 - 11 are supplied by an internal 5V source and their layout corresponds to outputs OUT1 - OUT6
- Outputs GOU6 (valid in OFF position for all DIP switches)
- 1 - measuring period
- 2 - pulses (±kWh)
- 3 - active energy delivered (-kWh)
- 4 - active energy consumed (+kWh)
- 5 - capacitive reactive energy (-kVArh)
- 6 - inductive reactive energy (-kVArh)
