Requirements for installation work of Enectiva projects - automatic data collection from meters

The following guidelines must be followed when installing Enectiva projects:

In general

When replacing meters or installing new ones, a protocol of replacement (new / old states, etc.) will always be filled. It is necessary to write serial numbers of old and new meters, serial numbers of M-bus modules.
After installation of any meter, installation of the meter with digital output or installation of the central unit, photo documentation of the site will be made. Presented together with project information.
The cable routes will be drawn into the ground plan of the building or area. At least by hand we want to know what leads, where individual central units (data concentrators) or new meters are. No billing will be made without these documents.

All outlets to and from the meter will be marked for the phase. Observe the color and type of wires.
For indirect measurements, all MTP terminals (current transformers) will be marked.
Make sure your installation goes through standard electro revision after completion.

The meter is installed in the vertical position only if the type allows it in the manufacturer’s specifications.
A horizontal meter is always installed with a dial perpendicular to the top. It doesn’t matter that you can’t see him. The priority is to measure correctly. It is read equally automatically.
A pressure test is required after each installation. If within 14 days of installation it appears that the water leaks through the seal, the installer is going to repair it under the Work Guarantee.
Where the pressure situation requires it is necessary to install check valves.

It is always performed by a company or person with a valid authorization for such work.
When uninstalling the current piece for a longer period of time, it is necessary to prevent gas leakage.
In explosive atmospheres use spark separation and other equipment with EX-certification only.
Make your work go through a standard review.
For conversion devices, it is necessary to verify which output from the converter is the pulse output of the standardized volume of gas consumption and to connect it.

The temperature probes will always be placed according to the meter manufacturer’s instructions so that they cannot spontaneously extend out of the heat sink.
It is always necessary to verify the direction of the hot water flow and install the calorimeter in the correct direction of flow.

Shafts are generally very humid environments where the joints can corrode. We use waterproof couplings for connecting cables, for example:
Wireless transmitters are always placed as close to the hatch as possible, and above the surface if the situation allows.
The coupling between the water meter cable and the transmitter cable will be positioned as high as possible. It happened several times that the entire shaft was flooded. The higher the clutch box is, the better.

Always install in an accessible place to service. Preferably in a place where no ladder or platform is needed.
If it is possible to use current switchboards MaR or NN.
Protection of central units is performed by 2A - B, short circuit resistance 10kA.
If a roof location cannot be avoided, it is necessary to put it in a shady place where there is no risk of overheating in the summer and also the IP68 waterproof box.

The cables will be realized with WAGO clamps in installation boxes.
Cable routing will always meet the standard used in the building for other cable lines. Also, if other cables are piped, we also pipe. If others are guided, we also use grates. Exception approval is always on the basis of an instruction from the Enerfis headquarters after agreement with the client.
The termination of cable routes for data collection from meters will always be properly marked eg by M-Bus Enectiva

For M-bus cabling we use a JySty 1x2x0,6 or JySty 1x2x0,8 cable or four-wire option.
